So you want to learn how to lose weight fast and free do ya? That’s great, looking for help is the first step towards achieving complete weight loss. There’s a small problem though. You can’t have both “fast” and “free” when it comes to weight loss. If you want fast, you’re going to have to pay either a personal trainer or a weight loss company to do a complete overhaul of your lifestyle and keep you committed. One such weight loss product is Fat Loss Factor, and if you want fast instead of free, I would recommend checking it out. Free takes longer, but in the long run it’s more sustainable and, well, it’s free.
This post will be focusing on the “free” aspect of weight loss, with a few little tips and tricks that, of course, will cost you nothing.
Read my blog
All of the information on my blog is free, and written with weight loss (and muscle gain, but you don’t care about that) in mind. I’ve written posts about exercise (how much to do, what kinds to do, what the effects are), diet (what foods are good for you, what foods are bad for you, how much you should be eating), motivation (how to get and stay motivated), recipes, the whole lot! So spend some time looking around and soaking up as much information as you possibly can.
Eat less food
Not only is eating less food free, it will actually save you money (because you will be buying less food, duh). Reducing your meal size by as little as 10% can be the difference between gaining and losing weight. If you also start tracking calories, like I explain in this post here, you’ll be able to tell exactly how much you need to reduce your meal size by to start seeing results.
If you own a bike, start biking to and from work. When you get home from work, take the dog for a walk, or if you don’t have a dog, go with your wife or kids or even by yourself! If walking is beneath you, why not start jogging? It’s great for your overall health and also burns a crap load of calories! How about swimming? Got a pool or a beach nearby? Why not go for a swim? Or how about a park? You could go down to the park and play any number of sports with friends or family.
Those are just 3 simple things that won’t cost you a cent that you can start doing today to lose weight. Like I said before, you’ve gotta choose between fast and free, and free is, in my opinion, the better choice. If you want the fast option, look for a good weight loss program that is also good value for money, like Fat Loss Factor. Oh, and stay away from weight loss pills and “miracles” that promise you can lose 5 pounds a week. It’s mostly bullshit, and the ones that do work are usually very unhealthy.
