I’ve tried crazy diets that had me eating nothing but seaweed and water, and I managed to lose weight! So I was wondering why you guys say that these kind of “crazy, risky” diets aren’t good for you, when I know for a fact that I could lose 5-10 pounds a week?
These kind of diets aren’t a good idea because, while you may achieve success in the short term, you’re setting yourself up for failure in the long term. You’ll be more likely to be unable to maintain the diet, and fall back into old habits and get even larger than you were when you attempted the diet! These kinds of diets can also have long term negative effects on your health. If you’re ever tempted to starve yourself or eat nothing but seaweed, just say to yourself that this is only a short term solution, and in the long run will probably do more harm than good.
I’ve read all the posts on your site, and I just wanted to say that you guys have really helped me out. I’ve lost weight, I feel better about myself and my body, it’s great. Anyway, I was just wondering if there was a way for me to get more information from you guys? Is there a product I could buy that puts everything from your site into a simple, easy to use weight loss manual or something?
There’s nothing we like more than hearing about people we’ve helped out, especially when they love our content so much they want to pay us for more of it! Unfortunately, we don’t have a “weight loss manual” as you put it, or any paid product that we can offer you.
