Ash is a weight loss specialist, meaning he knows a helluva lot about the topic, and primary author of Healthy Living Tomorrow. When he was 18 he got sick of being overweight, and decided it was time for him to change his life. He managed to lose over 60 pounds in the span of a year, and after he was finished he decided to start helping other overweight people achieve what he had. A small time after his weight loss transformation, he decided he wasn’t content with being “skinny”, and chose instead to start working out in the attempt to gain muscle. He started going to the gym and lifting weights frequently, and soon enough he was visibly strong and had a six pack. Now, many years later, he is working with Healthy Living Tomorrow to change the lives of thousands. Our site mainly consists of weight loss articles, teaching you the basics (and often advanced stuff) of weight loss such as diet, exercise, motivation, and general well-being. We also have articles about the gym, gaining muscle, cooking, healthy recipes, and sleep. We try to be as diverse as possible, offering as much information on the broad topic of health as possible. We are constantly adding new content, so if we haven’t written anything that interests you send us an email, and we’ll be sure to write something up. We also have a newsletter, which we send out (almost) weekly.
